greens, greens and again, greens! like it with fruits? or maybe with vegetables? or with animal proteins? sure!
Ingredients:
- greens: lettuce, arugula, mangold, spinach, parsley, cilantro, celery, leaves of young reddish, carrot or beetroot, sprouts, micro greens in your favourite combinations and proportions; - fruits, berries and nuts that you like (can be replaced with vegetables);
For the dressing: - 6 tablespoons of good cold pressed olive oil; - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice or balsamic; - 3 tablespoons of mustard (I like the one with seeds); - 1 or 2 tablespoons of honey; - salt and pepper to taste.

Cut greens, fruits and nuts and mix them in the bowl.

Mix all ingredients for dressing (I like mixing in the jar with lid).
If the dressing is too thick add lemon juice to reach necessary consistency.

Add dressing to the salad immediately before serving and mix.
