squash humus
squash humus sounds good with slices of vegetables, as a salad dressing, and even as a pasta sauce

- about 0,5 kg of fresh squash;
- 5 teaspoons of sesame or 3 spoons of tahini paste;
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin;
- juice of 1 lemon (if you like thicker humus add less lemon juice);
- 2 cloves of garlic (it will be spicy enough);
- salt

Grind sesame seeds in coffee grinder or blender.

Cut squash in small pieces.

Finely chop garlic.
Blend all ingredients with lemon juice in a blender.

Store in the glass jar in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
On your wish you may add olives, dried tomatoes, sprinkle with red paprika flakes, or add cilantro.
