squash humus sounds good with slices of vegetables, as a salad dressing, and even as a pasta sauce
Ingredients:
- about 0,5 kg of fresh squash; - 5 teaspoons of sesame or 3 spoons of tahini paste; - 1 teaspoon of ground cumin; - juice of 1 lemon (if you like thicker humus add less lemon juice); - 2 cloves of garlic (it will be spicy enough); - salt

Grind sesame seeds in coffee grinder or blender.
Cut squash in small pieces.
Finely chop garlic.

Blend all ingredients with lemon juice in a blender.
Store in the glass jar in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.

On your wish you may add olives, dried tomatoes, sprinkle with red paprika flakes, or add cilantro.
