the recipe of morning smoothie that will give you enough energy for the whole day

- 1 banana;
- 1/2 avocado;
- 1 date;
- 1 teaspoon of proteins on choice;
- bunch of spinach or any other greens;
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 400 ml of vegetable milk or water

Blend all ingredients to smooth consistency.
