persimmon smoothie
seasonal smoothie that will add sun to the cold day
Ingredients:

- 2 bunches of any greens you can drink;
- 2 persimmons (remove all seeds);
- 1 frozen banana;
- juice of 1/2 lemon;
- 1 cm of fresh ginger;
- your favourite seeds, 1 tablespoon each: flax, sesame, hemp;
- on your wish 1/2 avocado;
- water from 300 ml depending on thickness of smoothie

Blend all ingredients to smooth consistency.

If you add avocado or chia seeds remember, they are thickening agents and you will require more water in your smoothie.
