for those who is in search of what to use for a dip or sandwich, or where to spread butter/hummus/soft cheese (just like me), here is the recipe of the marrow bread with almond flour
Ingredients:
Dry: - 1 1/2 cup of almond flour - 1/2 cup of tapioca starch - 1/4 cup of coconut flour - 1 teaspoon of baking soda - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Wet: - 3 eggs - 1/2 cup of apple puree - 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar - 1 1/2 cup of grind and wrung out marrows
1
Wet and dry ingredients mix separately.
Grind marrows and wring them out (can use a bag for vegetable milk).
2
Mix wet ingredients into dry ones and stir carefully without leaving any clots. Put the dough into the shape greased with coconut oil.
3
The oven should be warmed up to 180C in advance. Bake bread for 50-60 minutes until it's brown. Cool it down and cut.
4
Tips: 1 1/2 cup of marrows is 1 big marrow.
1/2 cup of apple puree is received from 2 average size apples. You need to peel them, cut and stew with 2-4 table spoons of water for 15 minutes, until it becomes a puree.
