gluten free bread
bread is delicious, suitable for those not eating eggs and is easy to cook
Ingredients:

Dry:
-150 g almond flour
-30 g coconut flour
-37 g psyllium
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

Wet:
- 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar
-1 table spoon of olive oil
-250 ml of warm water 40-50С

On top :
- 2 table spoons of sesame seeds - on wish

Heat up the oven to 180C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix all dry ingredients in the bowl: almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium, baking soda, salt.

Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil and warm water.

Mix the dough until water is absorbed and it becomes smooth in structure. The dough should be soft and sticky such that you can form the balls.

If the dough is too liquid you can add a bit more psyllium but no more than 1 teaspoon at a time.
If the dough is too hard and dry add more warm water bit by bit.

Cover the dough and leave it for 10 minutes. It will absorb the liquids and will become more elastic and soft.

Form 6 equal size balls and put them on the baking tray.

Use the brush to spread some water on top of each ball and top with sesame seeds.

Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes at180 °С. First put the tray to the very bottom of the oven for 30 minutes and then to the top for 10-15 minutes.

If you want to get the crispy bread crust turn on the grill for extra 5 minutes but make sure your bread does not burn.

Cool down the bread completely before serving.
