not-boring breakfast out of buckwheat
it is time to think: "and what's for breakfast?"
i suggest buckwheat. but not the one we ate as children with milk and sugar

- buckwheat (80 g per person);
- ground cinnamon;
- vanilla;
- vegetable milk;
- fruits, berries, seeds, nuts, nut paste to taste

Thoroughly wash buckwheat and soak it in cold water overnight

In the morning heat the buckwheat up (but not boil), add cinnamon and vanilla, vegetable milk if you like, and then... you create!
I am adding berries, banana, seeds, nuts, raw chocolate and nut paste. If you like it sweet add syrup of Jerusalem artichoke or honey.
