raspberry chia pudding
it is fast, delicious, nutritious and healthy. before school / work, as a nosh, or after the gym, that's all you need

- 0,5 glass of frozen raspberry;
- 1 glass of vegetable milk in a jar with lid;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 0,5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds;
- 1 tablespoon of chicory or Jerusalem artichoke syrup

Smash raspberry with the fork.
Mix cinnamon, vanilla, chia seeds with vegetable milk in the jar, add raspberry and chicory syrup and mix well.

Close the lid of the jar and leave for 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Serve with berries, nut paste and mint leaves
