nut cookies
this recipe is for those who do not eat gluten and a great option for sunday morning
Ingredients:

- 1 egg;
- 50 g of nut paste;
- natural sweetener or sea salt and herbs for a salty version.

Whip an egg, add nut butter.

For a salty version add in a dough a pinch of salt and thyme (or other herbs), and for sweet version add sweetener. Mix well.
The dough will be viscous.

Use tablespoon to put the dough on parchment paper, slightly press and sprinkle dry thyme and black cumin (or other herbs and seeds to taste).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180С for 15 minutes.

The cookies are crispy outside but viscous once you bite them. But do not overcook.
